In eligible areas of the programme, non-profit organizations need to face and solve similar problems in a similar environment, now without borders, yet remaining in relative isolation. The service package offered by the project aims to accomplish a complex development programme based on an electronic survey and evaluation. Based on the results, course books were developed and pilot trainings were organized in project management, application development and Information Technology.
