Bike tour for the programme
26 June 2009
Dear Reader,
The maturity of the programme and the great interest it raised made the Joint technical Secretariat decide to bike all the way from Budapest to Bratislava on the Hungarian and Slovak side of the border. This will take place next week (29/06/2009-03/07/2009), so we can meet and talk about anything you might be interested in connection with the programme.
There will be villages/towns where we stop and have a rest and there will be places where we wave and bike through. We kindly invite you to join us for the whole way or just for a part of it. If you’re coming with us until our next stop we will honor your efforts with a small present.
We have a message bottle where all the mayors may write their questions and comments. We promise to take good care of it until we get home and we will publish all the questions and answers on our website.
